I started in software engineering, which is why I design the way I do: systems before screens, constraints before comps. I've spent the last six years leading design at product teams across fintech, HR tech, and SaaS, most recently as Lead UX Designer, managing a small team and owning products from discovery through handoff.

My deepest work is in design systems and brand identity: the connective tissue that lets a product stay coherent while a team moves fast. I've built component libraries that cut design time for new features nearly in half, and rebranded platforms end to end, from logo to UI standards.
